       To start off the new year I created a daily workout plan that's not too intense but great for busy days. I said I will share it will all of you X'ers to help get us all motivated to get fit and in shape, Come on we have to reach our goals this year no more tomorrow or later we can do this!! :) I hope so :P I usually start off the week on Sunday rather than Monday don't ask why I prefer it that way. Hope you guys will like this and if you did try out this plan and enjoyed it please comment below or if you think we need to add or change some of them just comment below :)
